We know real results take time. That's why you have 100 days from the date your order is delivered to decide if LuminX Pro is right for you.

If you're not happy with your results, contact us for a full refund — no questions asked. We may ask what didn't work for you, simply so we can keep improving. Your answer is never a condition of your refund; you'll get your money back either way.

How to start a return

Email us at support@voguenowskin.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will reply within 2 business days with return instructions.

Please do not send items back before contacting us — returns must be authorized first so we can process your refund correctly.

Return conditions

  • Returns must be initiated within the 100-day window (from delivery date).
  • The device should be returned with all original components.
  • We cover return shipping. Once your return is approved, we'll send you a prepaid shipping label — returning your device costs you nothing.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned device, we'll email to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Damaged or faulty items

LuminX Pro is covered by a 2-year hardware warranty. If your device arrives damaged or develops a fault through normal use, contact support@voguenowskin.com with your order number and a description (photos help us resolve it faster). We'll arrange a repair or replacement at no cost to you.
