Refund & Returns Policy

1. Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy for most products, starting from the date of delivery.

For LuminX Pro, we offer an extended 100-day return window from the date of delivery.

If the applicable return period has passed, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.


2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging
  • A valid proof of purchase is required

Our team will provide a Return Authorization (RA) along with return instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.


3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will receive an email confirming receipt of your return
  • You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time is typically 2–3 business days

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Incorrect shipping details were provided by the customer
  • Delivery failed due to circumstances within the customer’s control
  • Orders affected by events outside our control (e.g., carrier delays, natural disruptions)
  • The order has already been shipped and is no longer wanted

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account
  2. Contact your credit card provider
  3. Contact your bank (processing times may vary)

6. Sale & Discounted Items

  • Items purchased on sale or with a discount are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for refunds
  • These items may be eligible for store credit or exchange only

Exception:
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will resolve the issue at no cost to you.


7. Exchanges

We replace items only if they are:

  • Defective
  • Damaged
  • Incorrect

8. Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift at purchase, returns will be issued as store credit
  • If not marked as a gift, refunds will be issued to the original purchaser

9. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

Exception:
If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost.

We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.


10. Important Notice (UK & EU Customers)

This policy is in addition to your rights under applicable consumer laws. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.


11. LuminX Pro 100-Day Guarantee

We stand behind the performance of LuminX Pro.

If you are not satisfied within 100 days of delivery, please contact our support team. We will work with you to find a suitable resolution, which may include a return, replacement, or refund based on the scenario.
