How do I use my LuminX Pro? Where is the user guide?
Charge it fully before your first session. Cleanse your face and pat it dry. Put the mask on, adjust the straps, then long-press the power key to turn it on and pick a mode. Each session is 10 minutes and the mask switches itself off at the end. Use it 4 to 5 times a week.

How do I charge and clean it?
A full charge takes up to 4 hours and lasts about 2 hours of use. Don't use the mask while it charges.
After each use, switch it off and wipe the mask with a damp or microfiber cloth. Don't use alcohol or chemical cleaners. Let it dry fully, then keep it in its storage bag somewhere dry.
How long am I covered for?
Two years from your purchase date. With Care+, four years. Your exact end date appears on the next screen as soon as you register. Save it or take a screenshot: it is your proof.
What does the warranty cover?
Device faults in normal use: LED failure, controller failure, power supply. It does not cover drops, water damage, or wear on the strap. Something wrong? Email support@voguenowskin.com with your order number.
What is Care+?
VogueNow Care+ is an optional add-on. It adds 2 more years of cover for $59, so 4 years in total. If you bought Care+ with your order at voguenowskin.com, we add the extra 2 years for you. You do not need to tell us.
Is this the same as the 100-day guarantee?
No, they are separate, and you get both. The 100-day guarantee is your money back if the mask is not for you, even if you opened it. The 2-year warranty is what covers your LuminX Pro afterwards, if something goes wrong with it.
Where do I find my order number?
Amazon: open Amazon, go to Your Orders, and find the LuminX Pro. The number sits under Order placed and has 17 digits, like 123-1234567-1234567.
voguenowskin.com: search your inbox for VogueNow. The number is in the subject line of your order confirmation.
TikTok Shop: in the TikTok app, go to your profile, then Your orders. The order ID is under Order details and has 18 digits.
If you cannot find it, email support@voguenowskin.com and we will register you by hand.
