How do I use my LuxGlow?
Fill the tank with distilled or purified water up to the 170 ml mark. Do not use tap water. Plug it in and slide the switch up. The light turns red, and the steam starts in about 80 seconds.
Sit at least 10 inches (25 cm) away. Start farther back and move closer only if it feels comfortable. Steam for 10 to 15 minutes. If you feel any discomfort, move away right away. When you finish, slide the switch down and unplug it. Steam 1 to 3 times a week.

How do I clean my LuxGlow kit?
Steamer: after each use, let it cool for 5 minutes. Take off the water tank and the nozzle, pour out the water that is left, and wipe it with a damp cloth. Clean the aroma basket after each use too. Never put the steamer, the cord or the plug in water. No detergent in the tank, and no steel wool or harsh cleaners.
Once a month: fill the tank with half vinegar and half water and let it sit for 5 minutes. Let it steam for 15 minutes, pour it out, then steam distilled water for 15 minutes. Do this in a room with fresh air. The guide has every step.
- Silicone facial brush: rinse it well under running water after each use.
- Ultrasonic spatula: switch it off first. Wipe the metal tip with a damp cotton pad before and after each use. Only the tip is waterproof, so never put the whole spatula in water. Keep it somewhere dry and not too warm.
- Extraction tools: disinfect them, and the needle above all, before each use.
- Dermaplaning razors: rinse the blade after each stroke and wipe it with a paper towel. Never use a dull razor.
- Spatula brush and jade roller: rinse them with warm water after each mask and let them dry.
- Jelly masks: each sachet is for one mask.
How do I get the best steam from my LuxGlow?
- Use only distilled or purified water. Tap water leaves minerals inside, and they make the steam weaker over time.
- Give it about 80 seconds to warm up.
- Cleanse your face first with the silicone brush, so the steam reaches clean skin.
- Start 10 inches (25 cm) away and move closer only if it feels good. 10 to 15 minutes is enough.
- For a spa feel, put dried flowers or a few drops of water-soluble essential oil in the aroma basket, never in the tank. Or warm a small towel in the towel chamber for 2 to 5 minutes.
- Brand new? Run it a few times with distilled water first.
- Do the monthly cleaning. It keeps the steam strong.

What does the warranty cover?
Your LuxGlow comes with a 1-year warranty. If something goes wrong with it within 1 year of your purchase date, we replace it.
The warranty does not cover a problem caused by:
- dropping it or knocking it against something,
- taking it apart or putting it together in a way the user guide does not show,
- not looking after it the way the user guide shows, for example skipping the cleaning.

No. They are two different things, and you get both.
