We want your LuminX Pro in your hands as quickly as possible. Here's everything you need to know about how and when your order arrives.

Free worldwide shipping

Shipping is free on every order, worldwide — no minimum, no hidden fees at checkout.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 business day of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

You'll receive a confirmation email when your order ships, with a tracking number so you can follow it from our door to yours.

Delivery times

Estimated delivery once your order has shipped:

  • United States, United Kingdom & Canada: 2–4 business days
  • Europe / Australia / Rest of world: 2–4 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times may vary during busy periods or due to factors outside our control (carrier delays, customs, weather).

Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking link by email. You can also track your order anytime at this page.

Customs, duties & taxes

No surprise fees — ever. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. We cover any import duties, taxes, and customs charges, so your order arrives with nothing extra to pay on delivery, wherever you are in the world.

Wrong address or failed delivery

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or a missed delivery, we'll contact you to arrange re-delivery. 

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking hasn't updated or your order hasn't arrived within the estimated time, email us at admin@voguenowskin.com with your order number. We'll track it down and make it right.
