Why we ask you to register
LED masks fail in one predictable way: diodes dim or a panel goes dark, usually somewhere between month three and month six. It is the most documented complaint in this category, and it is the reason this warranty exists at all.
A warranty is only useful if the record exists. Registering puts your purchase date on file, so a claim is one email instead of a search through two years of inbox.
Questions
Do I have to sign up for emails?
No. The newsletter box is separate and unticked by default. Your warranty is registered whether you tick it or not.
I cannot find my order number.
Search your inbox for VogueNow, it is in the subject line of your confirmation. If it is gone, email support@voguenowskin.com and we will find it.
What does the warranty cover?
Device faults in normal use: LED failure, controller failure, power supply. It does not cover drops, water damage, or wear on the strap.
Is this the same as the 100-day guarantee?
No, they are separate. The 100-day guarantee is your money back if the mask is not for you. The warranty is what covers the device afterwards.
I bought on Amazon or TikTok Shop.
